We’ve had a lot going on behind the scenes so it’s time to let y’all in on some of the fun. We finally have a second driver. This will be huge in maintaining the level of service you have come to expect. We have have a little adjustment as he gets used to the routes but he’s catching on quick. This also means we are able to take on new customers again. We are also looking into new areas. The first area we are heading is further into the Livermore area. We are considering some other areas but nothing has been decided yet. If you know someone who needs service, let them know we are here. If we don’t service that area yet, let us know and we will take it into consideration.

We have reached our capacity for new customers with only one driver. So we have had to make the hard decision to not take on anyone new until we can hire and train a new driver. We have no idea how long this process will take but we hope it won’t be too long as we want to be here for anyone who needs us. That being said, please be patient with us. We will be more than happy to answer questions or put someone on a waiting list with no promise of a timeframe for service. We appreciate every single person who has given us a chance over the past seven years and hope to be here for many more people in the near future. Thanks to everyone for their support, this is truly a great community.

Reminder: if your normal pick up is Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday this week, you will be picked up a day early. No change to Monday or Friday schedule.

For personal reasons, we have to leave town this weekend. We have made it so we only miss one day but to do that, this week’s schedule will be off. Monday and Thursday should be normal. If you are normally picked up on Tuesday or Wednesday, you most likely will get picked up a day early but that will not be true for everyone, some may stay their normal day. For those of you on Friday, you will be picked up on Wednesday. The rearranging and timing will depend on how fast John can get to everyone and combine 2 days into 1. Please be patient with us and know that we will get back to normal next week. Thank you for being patient with us as we work through this issue.

As of today, we are doing some changes to our routes. Please be patient and don’t think we forgot you. Not everyone is changing so it might take a bit to get used to the new changes. Thanks for your patience!
